R² Strategies is accepting three to five organizations for our first design partner cohort. Design partners receive a full 60-day engagement. Two complete cycles where your managers receive specific plays based on what your team's feedback is showing. Check-ins with Rosa every two weeks throughout. A mid-point integration session. A final readout with a Pilot Insights and Recommendations Report and a roadmap for scaled implementation. When selected, you work directly with Rosa from day one through the final session.

The investment is $8,500. If you choose to scale after the pilot, 100% of that fee is credited toward an annual subscription.
